The staff are phenomenal. Extremely welcoming and accommodating.
Hotel Walram is a comfortable, modern and cosy hotel, housed in a typically marlstone building. The hotel is situated at a quiet square on the banks of the small river “De Geul”.

Great location and very clean. Small family run hotel and very friendly
Atlanta benefits from a green setting in Valkenburg’s historic city centre. It includes a spacious garden and a tranquil roof terrace with sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
Very welcoming. Personable staff that greeted us with a drink on the house. Food in the restaurant was delicious, nutritious and high quality. The hotel had different family living rooms to relax. Don't expect hyper modern, but spacious, clean and familiar. Particularly liked the hotels approach to soap. Rather than wasteful packaging the had several bottles arranged in the corridor to borrow during your stay.
We had booked the apartment instead of normal rooms because we were with friends, and it was fantastic! Every couple a room but then a common area to spend some time together in the evenings and play games.
The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, almost from a postcard. The front with the beautiful wisterias in bloom, the back with the restaurant area full of glass with views to a beautiful garden. Spectacular.
- Clean Room with Comfortable bed & Coffee maker
- Nice and welcoming staff
- Welcome Drink
- Decent breakfast options
- Beautiful Panoramic view over Mechelen-Epen Hills from restaurant's terrace (This makes a very pleasant sight duing breakfast or dinner)
- Restaurant has decent Dinner & Drink options

The hotel is run by a family, super service and hospitality.
Great breakfast, and great dinner service.
Authentic hospitality!
The location is suberb. Really subburb withb wonderful view.
The breakfast was also great. I asked for some glutenfree and diary free options and he bought all kinds of options to eat.
The room was big, basic and clean.
And free parking next to the hotel!
Our room was very light and it had a balcony. The staff was genuine, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area where you can walk along the river Geul and there are paths along forests and hills. We definitely will go again!
The hotel was great. Traditional, clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. Hearing worked fine and bed was comfortable.
They were flexible with the check in and they have parking in the hotel premises.
This is a very nice hotel. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel when in Zuid Limburg.
Very friendly staff, free parking, good breakfast.
The hotel is located in a nice little village with nice walks around.
The room was ok, the bed was a bit old but still comfy and plenty of pillows.
I was running the dutch mountain trail and this hotel was located right were I wanted it to be. The surrounding cafes and bars were also lively. I’m very happy that I ended the day here.
