Breakfast was not included, but the private garden with ocean view was wonderful. Location was very nice, especially if you prefer to avoid the noise of busy tourist towns. Two restaurants and a grocery store are within easy walking distance. Location is also near starting point for Path of the Gods hike. If you have any discomfort or limitations climbing stairs, this may not be the place for you.
