Staying at Tenuta Mamma Carmela was truly a dream! Yes you have do some steps to get there (my initial thought was uh oh!) but once you’re there, you will be wowed! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. (I even loved the vanity mirror in the bathroom, no other place I stayed in Italy provided). The terrace with the lounge chairs was our favourite part, but everything was perfect- it was very clean, stocked with towels, soaps, pillows, fast wifi inside and outside and so much more. You do have to take the bus to get around but after the first trip down to the coast, you’ll be an expert. Last but not least our host Michele was the best! He was so attentive and kind. He truly cares about making the best experience for his guests. He waited for us to arrive to give us a tour, offered porter service, bus times and routes. He was there to help and offer us the guidance we needed for our first time in Amalfi. Would 100% recommend and will be back!
