Very friendly and helpful Front Desk Staff. The hotel and room itself was pretty clean. Housekeeping did a great job.The location has a pretty good array of restaurants and cafes along with a 24-hour supermarket just a walk down the block.

Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.

Great location within walking distance to a beautiful beach and kioscos, an outdoor mall of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. along the beautiful beach. Very short drive to El Yunque. 30 minutes to Fajardo for catamaran excursions, bioluminous bay. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Beautiful pool with amenities for all ages. Nice gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.
