We walked miles to various places rather than taking the underground or taxi but you need to be fit to do that. We loved the walk by the River Thames with all the pop up stalls. We visited a show at the London Coliseum which was brilliant and had afternoon tea on the 35th floor of The Shard. Borough Market was very interesting but far too many people for me.

Underground very good way to get around.

Underground very good way to get around. Finding way on foot, best using google map or similar. Asking someone can be tedious as very often they are not local. Best leaving it till you've honed in on where you want to be. Plenty of choice when eating out. On 1 day business trip so can't comment on other aspects.

BE SURE to keep your sensitive items such as your phone, wallet, and passport safe! My phone was stolen in front of Big Ben around 22:30. Always be careful who wears a mask and rides a bike(mostly an electric bicycle or motorcycle). A group of them rounds the area to select a target, and they snatch your belongings and run away. I went to Flat Iron and the food was nice. Just a contactless card is needed to get around London.

Very busy but I was mindful of thieves,so I was ultra cautious around the city.Bikes are dangerous as they do not take heed of traffic lights. Some have electric bikes doing deliveries they are dangerous.Wary of pickpockets.I love London it is so vibrant with excellent Theaters and good eating houses. The London underground is marvellous but some lines do not have air conditioning. There should be a ban on these protesters who do nothing but shout down amplified speakers,I agree that they should be allowed to protest but not so loud. How the police put up with the noise defeats me.

At first I was skeptical, but I’m glad I chose to stay here! Not only it’s cheaper and better than most hotels in London, but also because it has all the necessities you need from Laundry, hot showers, WiFi, security and the owner is there for your accommodation and comfort 24/7. I would stay here again for sure. Try it, you won’t regret it. 😃👍🏼

I m living in London but my flat has a problem and needs to be a few weeks to leave my flat til . fix the problem. I was in a few hotels and apartments, but Kensington Gardens was better than all of them. Nice stuff. I wish I had chosen this apartment at the beginning. Thank you

We were in the travel business for 40 years and have stayed and inspected hundreds of holiday apartments . This is equal to , maybe better, than many of the top apart- hotels in London or elsewhere. The photos in the website were accurate. And very quiet.
