Great location, just a couple minutes' walk from the ferries and bus stops. Easy access to Amalfi's main streets, and a beautiful view of the coast from our balcony.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive. They helped us plan our trips around the Amalfi Coast, gave us tips on where to eat, the towns we wanted to visit, etc. We decided to spend one of our nights away from the hotel, and the next day they called to make sure we were safe!
The room was comfy and spacious, the minibar was always filled with complimentary water every day, and the jacuzzi tub was a welcome extra! The bed was quite comfy, and we had an extra blanket in case we were chilly. The bathroom was equipped with an extractor fan, so no worries about odors there!
The restaurant was delicious - we had both regular meals, and the included breakfast. Everything was really tasty, and you could sample local (seafood) favorites, like the 'colatura di alici di Cetara' (Cetaran anchovy drippings) and of course, the Amalfi Coast's famous lemons!
We also made use of their airport pickup and shuttle service. Although a tad pricey, at €150, it was well worth it to not worry about finding our way from Naples Airport to the coastline, especially with there being only one main, yet often very narrow road connecting the villages, it takes some skill behind the wheel to navigate those paths!

We travelled to Amalfi as a group of two friends and whilst Amalfi is lovely, it is a very sleepy town so there isn't much going on in the evenings. Perfect for couples/families but I'd recommend Positano for groups of friends!

Visiting Amalfi in the off-season was a good choice.
Visiting Amalfi in the off-season was a good choice. It felt like a normal town where you could see people work, go to school, shop for groceries and chat with neighbours. The tourist sites were open, parking was easy and we had the beautiful spots all to ourselves - the gardens of the Villla Rufulo in Ravello, the Sentiero degli Dei between Agerola and Nocelle, the black sand beaches, and plenty of restaurants are open.

December was perfect time, not crowded and plenty of shops and restaurants were open, beautiful small town with great views, I rather stay at amalfi than Positano where the whole town was shut down for winter and very over priced, you can take a day trip there on local bus for £3 one way.

Very nice place for a couple of days.
Very nice place for a couple of days. Expensive but not as much as Positano. The roads are crazy and when we were there, they were closed for most part of the day. The ferries were not working due to the weather.
Transportation and parking are a nightmare there.

Amalfi has everything you need for accommodations, food and shopping. It's the Amalfi Coast hub for Ferries and Buses to get you in and out of the area. A very bustling place and overcrowded for the middle of October. In past years the busy season was over by the end of September. Everyone seems to still be making up for the COVID shutdowns. Hoping it calms down in the coming years.
The experience at Palazzo was incredible for our honeymoon on the amalfi coast. Between the friendliness of staff, the location overlooking the beach, and the small boutique space, it made us feel at home while away from home. Renata at the front desk was an absolute treat alongside Elvira and Maria in the mornings brought the best breakfast and the biggest smile. They also upgraded our room as a nice surprise on our honeymoon. Will be back a thousand times over!
Property is beautiful and cleaned, amazing and lovely staff. Delicious breakfast everyday served at the terrace, rooms smell really good all the time. There are steps to go to the facility, something actually normal at the Amalfi Coast, however you can make it without steps using another way to get to the hotel. Rooms have nice balconies as well. i would recommend 100% to my family and friends this property if they ever decide to go and stay in Amalfi.
the location and and the view both from my window and the terrace was beautiful it’s also very central, the bus station is literally outside the door of the hotel that can take you anywhere alongside of the Amalfi coast. The staff was incredibly helpful as I couldn’t find the location of the hotel at first 🤦♀️ the bed was a bit uncomfortable but only a little, the room was small, but as I’m travelling alone I didn’t find it to be an issue.
The breakfast was fresh and the ocean view was to die for! I traveled through Italy for 2 weeks and hotel Luna had the absolute best service. The level of service they provided was 5 star. The dinner service was delicious. Francheco was by far our favorite server he treated us so well and made the absolute best drinks. The pool was such an added bonus.
Everything was superb. The view from our balcony was amazing, you need to go through some stairs but that is what Amalfi coast is about. Spotless room and toilet and you have room service every day, smells nice. Home made lemonade, delicious breakfast at the room. Just the best hotel we've stayed so far. Grazie Lina and Enzo ! We'll be back some day
Everything about this hotel was awesome. Excellent location near the transport hub of the Amalfi coast (car, bus, or boat). Across the street from the beach and directly next door to the famous church and piazza. Room was spectacular and spacious (steam shower with cool lights, yes please). Restaurant was phenomenal.
Unique hotel with fascinating history. Many of the features of the original convent are maintained. The cloister is particularly impressive. The swimming pool area is exceptional, with easy access to the sea. The balcony for the suite is very big and offers great views of Amalfi and the coastline.
best hotel ever! absolute faultless hotel ,every corner a work of art. Room was superb with views over the amalfi coast. Bed was extra comfy. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace was amazing with every possible breakfast dish avail. best omelette i have ever had ! BRAVO BORGO!!!!
Casa Gargano Luigi apartment was absolutely fabulous, best location on the Amalfi Coast!! It was a home away from home and host Olimpia was very helpful. I must also make special mention of Maria who could not do enough to make our stay so comfortable. Thank you Olimpia and Maria.
The location is very nice - close to Amalfi with private parking, which is hard to find at the Amalfi coast. Once parked, there is no need to use the car, since everything can be reached by foot, bus, or boat. The staff was amazing. We would definetly choose the hotel again
The hotel is located in an excellent location to be in Amalfi and also to visiting the Amalfi coast. You have the bus station 1’ away so it’s pretty comfortable to commute.
The hotel is renovated, everything works as expected and the breakfast is amazing and complete.
Super clean and airy apartment in the heart of Amalfi. Perfect location for exploring the coastal sites or going up to Ravello. This Italian getaway is private and has everything you need to relax or prepare your own meals.
We loved finding a luxury hotel in Amalfi Coast. The location was spectacular with unbelievable views. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The food and beverage was delicious and well presented.
Amazing location: a few steps away from Amalfi’s duomo! Close to the ferry and bus station too, very convenient to travel around the Amalfi Coast.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice!
The property is nice and comfortable, located in the heart of Amalfi, perfect to visit the city and strategic to explore the rest of the coast. Maurizio is an amazing host, kind and helpful.
The Suite was beautiful and had the most amazing balcony overlooking the coast. The room was very clean and the lady who runs the hotel was always available when needed.
Very friendly owners and staff, good breakfast on a nice terrace, very clean rooms. An excellent alternative to the overpriced hotels on the Amalfi Coast.
