Offering garden views, Villa Tesoro in Positano provides accommodations and a garden. With sea views, this accommodation features a patio and a swimming pool.

Great stay at Villa Tesoro, the villa is big with two big terrace. There are 5 rooms in total, 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs sharing the kitchen and common area. The view from the villa is amazing. The place is very clean, there is a cleaning lady coming everyday to clean the common area. Location is great, 20 mins walking down to the beach. Coming up, you need to take the local bus and it stops 1 min away from the villa. SITA bus station is also nearby, which can take you to Sorrento, Amalfi etc. Francesco is great at communications.

Perfect view, location and host! Antonio is so amazing and so helpful. He responded every question in really short time and helped everything. He knows this area so well and the arranged sunset tour was great. This stay was our last two days of trip and everything was far beyond our expectation. All my friends loved this house and it was fantastic finale of our travel. Thank you so much Antonio!

If you plan to spend time in Positano, La Tavolozza is where you want to stay. It’s located on the town’s “main street”, putting it close to shops, great restaurants, and views of the city from its position situated up the mountain that overlooks the sea. And it is only a few steps to a pedestrian walkway lined with shops that takes you down to the beach. It was a special treat to learn that La Tavolozza is a multigenerational family owned and run business. Franchesca, Paola, Roberta (two sisters and a cousin) run La Tavolozza from their heart. They care about you as a person, not as a tenant. They go out of their way to help make your stay in Positano the best it can be. For example, Paulo helped us arrange a trip to Pompei. And breakfast is delivered to your room, so you can ease into your day at a pace of your choosing. If you want to get a feel for the real Italy, stay here. It is not a sterile, corporate-managed operation. You will leave Positano with a smile and a bit of sadness because your time at La Tavolozza has ended.

Positano is beautiful but crowded and hard to get around.

Positano is beautiful but crowded and hard to get around. Highly recommend the smaller beach , and Fernando's beach club. Also, take Ferry to capri. Do not book boat tours- they don't leave from Positano- they bus you to Sorrento. Two hour journey instead of much cheaper high speed 30 min. Ferry. You can get boat tours on Capri .

Positano is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Amalfi Coast! It's beautiful, friendly, and quiet in the evenings. We stayed over the first long weekend in April, so there were some shops and restaurants that were not yet open, but we enjoyed it not being overly crowded and had nice weather. Villa Nettuno was a fantastic place to stay, and we had great meals at Adamo ed Eva, Da Vincenzo, Saraceno d'Oro, Chez Black, and Il Fornillo. We enjoyed taking the ferry to Capri to explore it one day, as well as just walking around Positano taking in the beautiful views.

Best accomodation we have had on our trip away to Italy. Amazing staff that helped us with our luggage and any questions we had. Great breakfast that was brought to your room. The value was amazing for the location, view and experience. Only a 10 minute walk down the stairs to the beach and around a 15 minute walk back up. Would 100% stay here again if we return to Positano. Couldn’t recommend more.

Best value of all hotels we stayed in Positano and Amalfi (compared to other 4 and 5 star hotels). The access to private beach is a big big PLUS! The jacuzzi on terrace was amazing (we filled cold water in July and it’s basically a pool). In-room breakfast is the best idea as we could enjoy our breakfast while dipping into jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this for value!

The location is perfect, right at the bottom of Positano on the beach, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, they even gave us an upgrade to Seaview! I was hesitant because of the reviews but couldn’t recommend this place enough, will be back!
