Slap bang heart of Naples - lovely and lively area and 2 mins from Toledo street and 5 mins to the metro. Neapolitan life is all around you for that immersive experience but never felt worried. 10 mins walk to port area. 5 mins to the centrale funicular which is superb. Countless restaurants and pizza places obvs- good host and comms

(take a look at my website domustoledocom) In Naples on Via Trinità degli Spagnoli, just 50 metres from Via Toledo and a few steps from the Galleria Umberto, we offer a refurbished loft apartment of 55 sqm on the first floor with elevator. The property is as follows: “la maison” is split level. Downstairs is a comfortable living area,TV, and well equipped kitchen, complimented by two balconies. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, two bedside tables, TV, air conditioning and low window; the other has 2 single beds, a large dressing table, TV, air conditioning and low window; and the bathroom with a shower and bidet. The setting is very peaceful as the flat overlooks the inner courtyard. The apartment is perfect for groups of friends and families, or singles who will not settle for just a room at a B&B. This is a superb location, situated in the historic city centre, just a few steps from Piazza Municipio and the Royal Palace on the Piazza Plebiscito. Convenient for the Metro and both the central funicular and ‘boarding for the islands E’ this makes our apartment ideal for tourists.The apartment is also well placed for professionals and business people.
