Overall very nice. The room wasn’t great but the breakfast area has an awesome view of the ocean. And the breakfast food was all homemade and tasty. The location is a bit removed at the top of the wall street but not bad and it does have stairs to a quiet beach which was nicer than the main beach which was over crowded. The staff was nice. Pepe was the guy in charge. He’s a little peculiar and protective of his sofas but overall it’s a cool throwback villa.

Casa di Peppe was exceptional. From the location, to the villa & the history of the home, it was magical. The property was beautiful & very well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, fresh & so many options & coffee was fantastic. Peppe & Elena were great hosts & helped us with everything, went above & beyond in helping secure transportation as well. This is really a hidden gem in positano. The villa is well maintained and has history and Cosy vibe to it. The views are stunning from the suit or the breakfast area. However, you have to be a person looking for a good view and a quite getaway l. If you are here to party or with kids, this is not the place for you. I spent days researching, and this is pretty much the best positano can offer to our taste. In fact, we changed hotels to be here. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The setting on the large balcony, made every morning an event we look up to. We spent many nights in the huge balcony enjoying the stunning view, we even sunbathed for a couple of days when the beach was crowded. The location was superb, close to everything yet, away from crowds and offering that stunning panorama of the harbor. The garden was beautiful, and a nice natural lobby. Peppe and Elina were great hosts. They helped us pick destinations and great restaurants.
