Reception staff were helpful and friendly BUT my Hilton points did not get credited - strange. Will log missing points with Hilton.

We were entertaining grandkids so looked for activities that they would enjoy. The Arizona Boardwalk was an excellent choice. There were a lot of activities if a little expensive. The Organ Stop in Mesa was a major hit with our kids. A bicycle ride along a desert trail yielded some spotted wildlife. The kids enjoyed seeing a roadrunner and a rattle snake especially. Traffic is horrible but I was expecting worse. The water park was also a big hit. It is connected to the Hilton resort.

Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful.
Phoenix is a great city. Restaurants are wonderful. Lots to do in the museum district with its parks, exhibitions, and friendly people. It's better staying downtown. Definitely avoid the airport area as this is not safe. Grand Canyon is wonderful but a +4 hour drive.

Downtown has been under road construction for years.
Downtown has been under road construction for years. Parking and navigation are a nightmare. There is a homeless problem. I was approached by aggressive panhandlers continually. Uncared for mentally ill people wander this area in large numbers. Parking and hotel rates are now unaffordable. Surrounding areas such as Flagstaff and Anthem are much more comfortable and safe.

We went for a baseball tournament in Tucson, but flights were cheaper to Phoenix. Airport was really busy and a little confusing. The airtram destinations to get to the rental car place were not clearly marked to pick up the rental car, but returning rental car was very easy. We enjoyed some sightseeing at the Hole in the Rock park. Very nice with awesome views! Easy "hike" - about 5-10 minutes to the top with steps. Only 10 minutes from the airport. If in town only for a little bit, it was a quick and easy, but well worth it, sight-seeing trip.

This property is an excellent value compared to other Phoenix area hotel and motel room rates. There are two bedrooms, one full bath, a modern recently renovated kitchen, eating area, and living room. There were only 2 of us, but there is a good deal of space for a family of 4 to spread out. The property is well maintained and in spotless condition. We were quite comfortable. Management responded promptly to all our questions and needs. We would recommend this property without hesitation based on comfort and value.
This is a budget friendly, centrally located hotel if you have a night or 2 in Phoenix. Initially, there was a discrepancy between the room we booked and what we were assigned- the manager on duty immediately gave us the room we had booked. The room was clean, had good air conditioning and good shower pressure. Grab and go breakfast includes coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars- a perfect little quick snack.
Pro-tip: if your room is missing a hairdryer, borrow one from the front desk.
I love the industrial/rustic look and feel of the hotel. It’s just over the bridge downtown Phoenix with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars in walking distance. There is a restaurant on the first floor that I heard was delicious. It was open until 2-3 am most nights with a full service bar and breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. Parking is $14/day. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again. 2 free water bottles/day.
We loved this hotel. The pool was a fantastic escape from the Phoenix heat and the location was perfect for walking over to a Diamondbacks game at night. The staff was also top notch.
This hotel also used a texting system to get quick answers to questions, which was unexpectedly useful. (What's the wifi password? We're checking out; should we leave our keys in the room?) All around comfortable, easy, beautiful, and luxurious.
This hotel is a wonderful, reasonable option for proximity to the airport. The staff at the front desk was very polite and efficient. Although I left too early in the morning for the breakfast, it's great that is was provided. My room was spacious, and I loved having a fridge and microwave. The parking lot was well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Phoenix.
A fantastic hotel. The suite we had was excellent, the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Perfect for a multi-night stay. We stayed 3 nights and it was so comfortable having a separate "living" room with it's own TV, sofa, etc. Very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff (ie. Alexa, our check-in host). We really enjoyed our stay.
My GPS took me to the wrong hotel in a not so safe neighborhood. I reached out to the hotel, and the night manager was so helpful. He gave me directions and I finally arrived. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location was great, able to walk to our event downtown. We did not do the breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and accommodated our need for a quiet room. It was waaaaayyyy overpriced. $400+ for 1 night is ridiculous. It was not worth that price. I would expect luxury for $400. It was fine and adequate.
We only spent one night, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the staff interaction (only for check-in and out) was friendly. Very good location for downtown Phoenix events, theaters, bars, and restaurants. Did not eat in the hotel, so cannot comment on that.
Large room with kitchen facilities, very comfortable and quiet despite this being a large hotel. Very clean, it gives the impression of being new, pool clean easy to access. Downstairs the bar had live music of a very good standard, and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful.
Great location in downtown phoenix. Walking distance from restaurants, bars , sports facilities and shops. We arrived at 2 pm and they were very friendly and let us CheckIn. The hotel is a few minutes away from the airport . The room was very nice . Great bed !
Perfect for a quick stop over after a long flight from the UK. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I travel regularly between London and Phoenix and will definitely stay there again. I would strongly recommend.
Easy to fine and easy check in.
Great facilities, pool, rooftop cocktails bar.
Room was spacious and modern
Was allowed to check out then leave my bags with the hotel and stay by the pool before my flight which was great
Cute little record player in our room and received free ice cream upon our arrival which was sweet. Hotel had a “Palm Springs” feel and was close to all the cool spots in Phoenix. We’d definitely stay here again!
I loved the size of the room, the balcony to relax on, the bar, and the pools and spa. Big bonus for discounts on food and drinks if you stay at the hotel and complementary stuff!
Excellent location for downtown Phoenix. Eclectic vibe - 50s retro decor. Great bar with fire pits outside and good restaurant. Upgraded my room for free.
