    Paris is a beautiful city, both for newcomers and people looking to (re)discover places. This is one European city not to be missed! We organized a meetup with several friends coming from the US and several other countries from Europe. We visited popular tourist sites, walked along the Seine, and scored a reservation at the emblematic La Coupole, where we enjoyed a fantastic lunch. A nice stroll around the Jardin du Luxembourg capped a beautiful day! Notre Dame and a concert at Sainte Chapelle were awe-inspiring. Metro is by far the best way to get around the city; buy a weekly pass to save money!

    A lot to see in Paris but let down by everyone else wanting to see those things too! The city of love? More like the city of queuing.... to get into everything! What we saw was great and the food was incredible but having to wait for everything and be swamped in crowds was off-putting.

    We did all the main tourist attraction, but the Louvre was my personal favorite. Definitely pre book your time slot entry as the queues can get excessive. The Moulin Rouge was amazing, we did the dine and show package, but just the show itself is worth the money. There is a lot of walking I don't recommend the Louvre for people with babies in pushchairs there are steps up, down and then more steps up, down. The food and drink is good, but expensive as you would expect in a big city- route out the smaller off the main track places to dine for savings. The BOLT taxi service is amazing and not a rip off to use. Getting from CDG via train is easy, but don't make the mistake of buying tickets for the whole family each person needs their own ticket on their phone or card. Just an amazing few days we did so much and time seems to slow down despite the hustle and bustle you can always fine a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the ambience

    The distances are long so you have to use the Metro.

    The distances are long so you have to use the Metro. Unfortunately most stations are old and don't have escalators or elevators. You have to pay attention to the tickets (Cards) because the controllers are rude and aggressive. Food in tourist spots is expensive and usually not that good. Water is also expensive, but around the museums there are fountains with drinking water. To avoid waiting in line at museums, it is a good idea to pre-purchase your tickets. For your transportation needs, the Bonjour app is proven to be the best of all.

    I booked it because it was cheaper than other hotels. According to its price, it was very good. A cleaning lady came every day. The staff was very nice and cooperative. The room was small but cozy and nice. We had our own toilet, even if it was a small one. But that is understandable because of the low price. The hotel is surrounded by many options to eat, there is a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel. And a very good bakery. All in all, it was a very good deal. I would stay here again, if I go to Paris.

    We only had the breakfast on the last day, but it was a great selection, especially for the price! The decor of the rooms was also lovely - not bland chain or too weird or cheap-looking, just nice boutique hotel. Location was very useful for catching the Metro around Paris and when we arrived at Gare du Nord it was a very short walk from the station. We requested two rooms next to each other as we travelled with kids and they were able to do that no problem.
