location and the view , we had a tower view room and the bridge at night with the Shard in the back ground was beautiful for an urban view , bed was comfy, mirror was replaced without us asking so housekeeping were good. very fast to deliver a fan , the air con was working but the location of the room meant we couldn't get much air flow , no problem they very quickly brought the fan. Breakfast had good selection. We found the alternative lifts which if you dont mind being behind the public dressed hotel , meant no delays getting a lift.

London is like Disneyland for both kids and adults. Enjoyed London Eye and nearby experiences - Shrek, Sea Life… Went to museums, top of the Shard and Back to the future musical on Strand. Just walking around is fun. Of course quite an expensive one.

Lots to see and do. Easy to get around. Food good and plenty of options re places to dine. Apart from the 'hotel' we stayed in the people we came in contact with were just lovely and most helpful. We were amazed at how generous people were in giving their time and knowledge of places, directions etc.. We'll definitely be back but not to that accommodation.....

London is a city that never ceases to amaze.

London is a city that never ceases to amaze. It’s a vibrant blend of history and modern life, art and fashion, tradition and creativity. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, there’s always something new to discover. There’s no shortage of activities here. From world-class museums and theatre productions to music festivals, food markets, and sporting events — London is alive with energy all year round. No matter your interests, there’s always something happening. For shopping lovers, London is a dream. You can explore luxury brands on Bond Street, hunt for unique treasures in Camden Market, or enjoy the endless choices along Oxford Street. Every neighborhood offers its own distinct charm and style. What makes London even more magical is that it’s the backdrop of so many iconic films. You can stroll through Notting Hill and see the famous blue door, visit the real-life Platform 9¾ from Harry Potter, or trace the footsteps of James Bond along the Thames. Walking through London often feels like stepping into a movie scene. London isn’t just a destination — it’s an experience that stays with you. Whether you’re here for the culture, the shopping, the sights, or the stories, this city offers something unforgettable for everyone.

London is a treat and a must visit, especially for Anglophones needing to (re)acquaint themselves with their heritage. One must pay for the privilege as regards accommodation but many of the greatest sites do not charge admission.

Beautiful hotel, knowledgeable staff, very large bedrooms in the townhouse. The location is magnificent, walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see and do in London. Very very easy to get to from Heathrow airport, direct tube to Green Park and then a 5 minute walk to hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels and location is unbeatable.

I m living in London but my flat has a problem and needs to be a few weeks to leave my flat til . fix the problem. I was in a few hotels and apartments, but Kensington Gardens was better than all of them. Nice stuff. I wish I had chosen this apartment at the beginning. Thank you

Great location. Small room. Clean. If you level your expectations and take a look at the pictures, you will be fine. London is not known to be cheap and also its hotels are comparably lower in quality compared to other European countries (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Italy)

Nice bar and seating area. Lovely rooms. Exactly what you want from a central London hotel. Only cost £2 more than what Premier Inn and Travelodge wanted for their basic rooms. But, this was obviously 10x nicer.
