Staff at night took FOREVER to check us in.
Staff at night took FOREVER to check us in. He didn’t know what he was doing and was taking his time. Worst of all, porn was playing on the lobby TV. Extremely unprofessional and made our family uncomfortable.

They staff did their best to fulfill even our smallest of requests or find someone who could help us. You can tell that helping the customer is a big part of their company culture. The eatery next door had a nice food selection and friendly staff as well. Our flight was cancelled and we had no problem staying an extra day.
