Avoid if you have disabilities . Parking is awful and not very disabled friendly on arrival . Not the best reception I have experienced. Too busy with a wedding event . Hotel looks great and rooms were fine . Bar staff friendly and very helpful. Bar food was great . Cleanliness was great. We stayed for just the night and it was exactly what we needed. Plus a shuttle bus that took us to the terminal the next morning. When we arrived in our first room there was a really loud noise and we had to change the rooms twice, but all of this was done with patience and very helpful.

Great location for anyone needing to be at Heathrow Airport. Good choice of hotels around, but best be sure of the road approaches. Sometimes the route to drive into or from where you are staying may be convoluted. You get there in the end though!

Location was good, but don't make the deposit amount which the property person will ask u after the booking and when ur payment is done. That refundable deposit they will not transfer u back again , its like 20 days I check out i am still waiting its still didn't came . Scam
