The staff were always had a smile and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and in addition to the breakfast buffet, one could request prepared food. The cappuccino was great! Then, out of the blue, the bartender (Mina?) made a pie and other selected Hors d’oeuvres for a Happy Hour. The food was fantastic. The room as at the back of the Hotel and had a lovely balcony that we could sit at to enjoy a coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The view was beautiful. At night, the surrounding area was quiet, perfect for sleeping.

Sorrento was a great home base for our explorations of the Amalfi Coast. Sorrento is easily accessible from Naples by train or ferry. There were lots of streets to explore and multiple waterfronts to visit. We enjoyed a wide variety of restaurants on the water and in the city center. The shopping area was fun to explore. The harbor allowed us to visit Capri by boat. There are also lots of tours that depart from Sorrento to visit other cities along the Amalfi Coast. I would happily visit Sorrento again.

Town is absolutely beautiful with a vibrant night life and great location in center between Naples, Pompeii, and Amalfi coast. Ferry service is available to Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Positano and Amalfi. Train to Naples is frequent but can get a bit crowded would recommend just paying extra and getting the express train since it is shorter and a lot less crowded if you want to ride peacefully. Bus service to Amalfi coast is terrible, would avoid it at all cost during high season since they get so full you may have to wait hours in the sun to get bus and they may be too full to pick you up. Just spend extra and take ferry or splurge for a driver if you value your vacation time and don’t want to have your day ruined.

This was such a beautiful setting with amazing views over Sorrento.
The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to deliver an amazing experience for us - we stayed in almost a dozen accommodations during our time in Italy and received the best service at La Terrazze!
There was also a bus service that drops you down to the centre of Sorrento and brings you back, all for free, which was a lovely surprise and saved us the fuss and expense of parking.
The room was clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay too.
Fantastic experience. The staff were by far the best we’ve had on an extended holiday through Italy. The hotel isn’t walking distance to the city but the shuttle bus leaves and returns every hour.
This was a good thing as it was quiet at night.
The restaurant was so good that we ate there every night for 5 nights. The panoramic view was second to none.
We would recommend it to anyone.
The host, Mariano, was super helpful and friendly. The location is superb - very close to Piazza Tasso (less than 5 minute walk), and yet snugged in a very quiet location. The cleaner cleaned the rooms every day. Our best stay in our trip to Southern Italy, by far. I will not hesitate to recommend A Suites to anyone looking for accommodation in Sorrento. Thanks Mariano👍
Thank you for wonderful time in Sorrento. One of the best places we have stayed in Italy, really modern, new, nice smells, good design, perfect host !! Thank you thank you !!! Didn't want to leave and coming back with family for sure !!!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in Italy! ( & expensive) fantastic location, beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, every member of staff was super helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.
