It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

You better bring a camera. You and your friends will not believe the views and sites without proof. Read up on its history, founding and development to gain an understanding and appreciation for the significance of this place. Clean, comfortable, with breakfast, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk provided, only about 25-30 min. walk from Civita di Bagnoregio. The host was exceptionally kind, helped us unpack, showed us the parking lot and gave us a green card for free parking as well. (Even though he spoke only Italian, whilst we spoke English, we understood each other perfectly well and he was very patient). We would definitely recommend this place and hoping to go back again!LillaHungary

Hard to believe that this little gem, offering peace and quietness, is only a few kilometres from the crowded Civita di Bagnoregio. Next to the luxurious room with indoor and outdoor jacuzzi the real value are the hosts who do their uttermost best to make you feel at home. We came a strangers but left as friends :-) The location is ideal for daily trips to the many things to see in the neighbourhood but also the garden calls for a lazy day in the hammock, cool drinks by the hand.

Having stayed with many private hosts before this, Casa Vacanze il Sogno definitely set a new standard in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Parking is convenient and Michela will have everything ready for you. One can easily walk to Civita Di Bagnarecio for dinner. After staying in different hotels this trip, it's wonderful to have a place that makes us feels like at home.

The facility is situated just a 10-minute walk from Civita which was the reason to stay there. The room was clean, tidy and had everything you need. Breakfast was excellent, very rich including homemade sweets and good coffee. We were provided with a parking place free of charge just a 2 min walk from the hotel.
